This includes names, social security and drivers license numbers, addresses, telephone numbers, e-mail addresses, credit card and checking account information, or any information that can be linked to an individual. We value our customers' trust and we promise to safeguard the personal information that they share with us through the application and leasing process. We will not release personal information about customers without prior written consent, except as may be required by law or legal process (including pursuant to courtorders, subpoenas, interrogatories, or similar directive carrying the force of the law).
We do not sell, trade, or rent our customers' personal information to any outside companies or individuals. We enforce strict security measures to prevent unauthorized access to, disclosure or use of, customers' personal information. employees who violate the company's customer privacy safeguards are subject to disciplinary action up to and including termination

In order to process your rental application, the following information and documents are required.
1. The Rental Application form (2 pages) and release form (1 Page); completed, signed, and dated.
. All applicants and adult residents (18 and over) are required to provide the following documents:
A. Government issued Photo I.D. (Ex: Military ID, Drivers License, Passport, State issued ID)
B. Social Security Card
C. Most Recent pay stub (Applicants Only) (Self employed applicants will be required to provide a copy of the most recent Tax return).
3. A $30.00 Check or Money Order payable to "Harbor Club Apartments", for the NON-REFUNDABLE Registry processing fee. ($15.00 for each additional applicant / resident).
Upon approval of your application, a $100.00 Money Order only, payable to "Harmony Mill LP", for the "Application Deposit". This deposit may be refundable; see "Application Deposit Agreement" on page 2 for specific details.
We regret that we will be unable to process your application without all of this information and/or documents.
