A: Insert card into the Value Transfer Machine located near the management office and the balance will be displayed. Then Insert the desired amount $5, $l0, or $20 Bills ONLY into the money slot. The new card balance will be displayed in the window. The machine will then instruct you to remove your card.
3. Q: What happens if I lose my card?
A: Treat your card as cash. Any cash value on your card can be used by anyone who has the card. If lost, you will need to purchase another card from the Value Transfer Machine located near the Management office, press the Green "Buy Card" button Insert 1 $10.00 bill (or 2 $5.00 bills) into the money slot,. A card will be dispensed containing $6.00 of value. To add additional value, follow step 2 above. No refunds will be given for lost cards.
4.Q: What happens if my card gets damaged? A: If your card becomes damaged, you will need to purchase a new card. You may send the damaged card to the CALECO office. Ifit is possible to verify the remaining balance, then that value will be sent back to you in a form of a check. 5.Q: How do I obtain a refund for money lost in a laundry machine? A: Follow the standard laundry machine refund guidelines by calling CALECO, toll free, at 1 800 523-7200, to report the problem. A: Like any automated or computerized function, the Value Transfer Machine creates an ďaudit trailĒ activity report each time the VTM is serviced. Refund request for the discrepancies must be made immediately by calling CALECO, toll free, at 1 800 523-7200. CALECO determines any and all refunds, limits and charges. 10.Q: What happens to my card balance if I move out of the apartment complex?
